Hannity warns: ‘Just a SLIVER’ of DEEP STATE corruption has come out so far (Video)

(National SentinelSwamp Creatures: Fox News host Sean Hannity said during his Friday night program that a crescendo of information regarding Obama-era corruption in the FBI, Justice Department and other federal agencies is coming and that only a “sliver” of information has been released thus far.

“Like we’ve been telling you, sit tight. If you think this is bad right now I promise you it’s going to only get worse,” he said.

“What we have now is a sliver of the information. It’s coming out day by day. I’ve been warning you from the beginning this is Watergate on steroids. And as you can see this gets more corrupt by the day,” the Fox News star noted.

Referencing the revelations contained in the House Intelligence Committee’s explosive FISA memo, Hannity reminded viewers that “this whole thing starts with Hillary Clinton, remember, rigging the [Democratic] primary against [Sen.] Bernie Sanders. Why more Bernie people aren’t mad, I don’t know.”

Continuing, Hannity said:

Then she tried to rig the general election against Donald Trump. She paid for a phony Russian propaganda dossier filled with Russian government lies and propaganda…the FBI then takes that bought-and-paid-for dossier; they don’t tell the FISA judge the truth, to go out and get a warrant to spy on the Trump campaign before the election…

John Fund: FISA memo proves political establishment WEAPONIZED intelligence to HIDE massive scandals

(National SentinelPoliticized Intel: John Fund, the longtime columnist for National Review, noted this week that the so-called “FISA memo” released last week by the House Intelligence Committee documents how the political establishment under President Barack Obama sought to “bury scandals and avoid accountability” through overclassification.

“Leaving aside all of the hyperbole and smokescreens surrounding the Nunes memo, one indisputable fact stands out. Many leading Democrats asserted confidently that the memo would expose national-security information and damage the ability of our intelligence agencies to function,” Fund wrote.

“The memo released Friday — which did not have a single word redacted — clearly contained lots of information on intelligence-agency abuses. Here’s what it did not contain: secrets vital to national security,” he added.

Fund went on to point out that the FBI, Justice Department and leading Democrats all issued dire warnings over the memo’s release, claiming it would compromise national security and hurt the country:

Yet, just the day before the memo was released, Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer (D., N.Y.) sent a letter to House speaker Paul Ryan, (R., Wis.) warning of the damage that “dangerous partisanship” could do to the country if the memo were released. House minority leader Nancy Pelosi (D., Calif.) called the memo “dangerous” and “illegitimate” and declared that the House Intelligence Committee had ignored warnings from the FBI and Justice Department and was behaving with a “dangerous irresponsibility and disregard for our national security.”

hacked-FO-300x250

The FBI issued a statement warning of “grave” consequences if the memo was released. So far, none of these players has since apologized for their misleading statements or explained why they made them.

All of this opens a broader issue: To what extent do our leaders seek to bury abuses, prevent accountability, and sweep embarrassing information under the rug by exaggerating national-security threats? To a great extent, I fear, and the ploy has become a “last refuge among scoundrels” — even more so than hyper-patriotism has become.

None of the dire predictions about harming national security have been borne out, however.

As we reported, the FISA Memo, which was released by the House Intelligence Committee, documented serial abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court involving the use of an unsubstantiated political document in order to obtain a warrant to spy on a member of the Trump campaign.

“The Nunes-memo episode should teach us that in future we should take the more hysterical claims of those who may have something to hide with a pillar of salt,” Fund wrote.

“Of course, we should scrupulously guard against unwarranted release of sensitive information,” he continued. “But we should also remember the words of Supreme Court (J)ustice Louis Brandeis who said, ‘Sunlight is the best disinfectant.’”

Rep. Steve King: ‘Watch for Obama’s fingerprints’ ALL OVER FISA abuse scandal

(National SentinelDeep Statist: Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, said on Saturday that he believes evidence exists that former President Barack Obama had a heavy hand in abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court that led to improper spying on President Donald J. Trump’s campaign.

FO-300x250-1

“Watch closely for Barack Obama’s fingerprints,” King told Breitbart News Radio yesterday. “[Democrats and their allies] will defend Barack Obama at all costs, and they’ll defend Hillary Clinton almost at all costs unless they have to sacrifice her to protect Barack Obama.”

King made his comments against the backdrop of Friday’s release of the scandalous FISA memo, a four-page document prepared by Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee explaining that a surveillance warrant obtained from the FISA court by Obama’s FBI and Justice Department to spy on Trump campaign foreign advisor Carter Page was based on an unsubstantiated political report — the “Trump dossier” — not on actual intelligence.

Nothing in the dossier has been verified, which also troubled the Intelligence Committee. The panel’s chairman, Devin Nunes, R-Calif., said that ranking DOJ and FBI officials did not inform the FISA court the dossier was a political opposition report paid for in part by the Hillary Clinton campaign.

“Look at all of these investigations now,” King continued. “Look closely for Barack Obama’s fingerprints. I’ve just identified some that I think are fingerprints, and I think this trail leads to the Obama presidency, to Barack Obama himself, but it’s going to take some time if we get there, and I’m not certain that the evidence trail necessarily leads there.

“There’s an indication trail that says we need to take a look and find out. But if it’s not Barack Obama, then who is it? Well, it’s Loretta Lynch, for example, and James Comey, and McCabe, and that cast of characters from Sally Yates on down,” he continued.

“I don’t think we’ve ever seen such a long row of very high-level executive branch officials wrapped up in something here that is political partisanship, weaponizing the FBI and DOJ to do opposition research that was stimulated by the presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and [paid for with her] and the DNC’s checkbooks,” King noted.

On Saturday, The National Sentinel’s editor-in-chief, J. D. Heyes, laid out the possible path from the FISA warrant approval process in this scandal to the 44th president.

PHASE 2? Sara Carter says Dems, Deep State TERRIFIED of info regarding SECOND anti-TRUMP dossier to be released (Video)

(National SentinelSwamp Things: Investigative reporter and Fox News contributor Sara Carter said Saturday on the network’s “Fox & Friends” morning show that a second, more explosive FISA memo detailing abuses of the secretive court is set for release.

“The second memo that the House Intelligence Committee is putting together. We’re still waiting for the Inspector General’s report that is going to be coming out,” she said.

“That’s going to be directed at Andrew McCabe, now former director Andrew McCabe, and others. And I think they’re terrified what’s going to come out here.”

“Here’s what we know. There was a second dossier that was put together by a person named Cody Shearer. He is a very controversial activist, a former reporter who worked with the Clintons in the past,” she added.

“And the FBI was also using this second dossier as part of what they were doing to back up the other dossier by Christopher Steele, an unverified dossier. And we believe Christopher Steele was also sending information to the State Department in bits and snippets,” she continued.

“But I think the most important thing here and one of the things they are going to be looking at very closely are the leaks. There were a number of leaks out unverified information by possibly senior members of the Obama administration,” she also said.

Carter’s reporting on the first Trump dossier and the scandal surrounding it has been exemplary.

In August, Attorney General Jeff Sessions ordered a crackdown on leaking from his department and those under Justice Department control, including the FBI.

“I strongly agree with the president and condemn in the strongest terms the staggering number of leaks undermining the ability of our government to protect this country,” Sessions said. “Criminals who would illegally use their access to our most sensitive information to endanger our national security are, in fact, being investigated, and will be prosecuted.

“I have this message for our friends in the intelligence community: The Department of Justice is open for business, and I have this warning for would-be leakers — don’t do it,” he said, adding that the department was currently reviewing policies and statutes regarding “media subpoenas.”

“We respect the important role the press plays, and we’ll give them respect, but it’s not unlimited,” Sessions noted.

“They cannot place lives at risk with impunity. We must balance the press’ role with protecting our national security and the lives of those who serve in the intelligence community, the Armed Forces, and all law-abiding Americans.”

It BEGINS: GOP lawmaker calls for Comey, McCabe, others TIED to FISA memo abuse to be JAILED for ‘FISA court fraud’

(National SentinelConspiracy: A Republican lawmaker is calling for former and current ranking FBI and Justice Department officials to be indicted for their role in committing “fraud” against the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court following the release of the FISA Memo.

U.S. Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, a former judge himself, said that former FBI Director James Comey, former deputy director Andrew McCabe, Justice Department official Bruce Ohr should face prison for using what they knew to be a political document — the notorious “Trump dossier” — in order to secure a FISC warrant to allow the bureau to spy on the Trump campaign.

As reported by The Daily Caller:

A FISA court judge has grounds to hold Department of Justice officials including Bruce Ohr in contempt of court for making misrepresentations about the sources of information used to obtain a surveillance warrant against a Trump associate, a former judge and Republican congressman said.

“I think it’s important to know who the FISA judge was, and why with all the info he’s had for some time, he has not put anyone in jail for committing fraud on his court,” Gohmert, who serves on the Committee on the Judiciary, told the news site.

“You shouldn’t be able to get quotes from Bruce Ohr or [former FBI Director Jim] Comey or [deputy director Andrew] McCabe because they ought to be sitting in jail for committing fraud upon the court,” he said.

The FISA memo was released at noon on Friday, revealing serial abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court by upper echelon officials in the FBI and Justice Department to prevent Donald J. Trump from becoming president, and to undermine him after he defeated Hillary Clinton in November 2016.

Per Fox News, as many suspected, the discredited and unverified “Trump dossier” was used not once but on three separate occasions to secure a FISA court surveillance warrant to allow the Obama administration to spy on Team Trump during his campaign.

In addition, Hillary Clinton, U.S. media outlets, and ranking officials within DOJ and FBI including former FBI Director James Comey, former deputy director Andrew McCabe, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein were all aware that the dossier was a political document, not a serious piece of intelligence work, the memo explains.

As Fox News reported further, the four-page memo [which you can read here] also “includes testimony from a high-ranking government official who says without the infamous Trump dossier, the FBI and DOJ would not have secured surveillance warrants to spy on at least one member of the Trump team.”

The dossier was commissioned by opposition research firm Fusion GPS, who hired former British spy Christopher Steele to compile it. The dossier was paid for in large part by the Democratic National Committee and the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Ohr’s wife went to work for Fusion as the dossier was being compiled and disseminated throughout the Washington media.

The memo said “Ohr’s wife was employed by Fusion GPS to assist in the cultivation of opposition research on Trump. Ohr later provided the FBI with all of his wife’s opposition research, paid for by the DNC and Clinton campaign via Fusion GPS. The Ohrs’ relationship with Steele and Fusion GPS was inexplicably concealed from the” court when it was used to obtain a surveillance warrant.

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., who criticized the memo’s release, also gave a copy of it to the FBI.

Gohmert said that the FISA court judge shouldn’t find any of this acceptable.

“This was an action by the DNC and known collusion with top officials at the DOJ and FBI to commit a fraud upon the FISA court,” he added.

But he also noted that the FISA court judge’s own actions ought to be examined more closely.

“The judge has to have known for months now that he or she had a fraud committed against them and he or she has done nothing,” he said.

“Any judge worth any salt would have called them in for hearings, and he can even order anyone who committed fraud upon the court to go to jail. This judge is either worthless or is in cahoots with those who manipulated it.”

While attorneys can be sanctioned by bar associations for fraud upon the court, judges can also hold attorneys in contempt of court for such violations, said Gohmert.

Trump on FISA memo’s revelations: ‘I think it’s a disgrace’; president MUST pardon anyone caught up in crosshairs of special counsel Mueller

analysis
By J. D. Heyes, editor-in-chief

(National SentinelClean House: As you might have guessed, President Donald J. Trump — the subject of one the biggest political hit jobs in the history of the republic — was none too happy about the findings of the House Intelligence Committee contained in the so-called “FISA memo” released on Friday.

“I think it’s terrible,” Trump said, as quoted by The Associated Press. “You want to know the truth. I think it’s a disgrace. What’s going on in this country, I think it’s a disgrace.”

As reported by NewsTarget, the memo reveals “serial abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court by upper echelon officials in the FBI and Justice Department to prevent [Trump] from becoming president, and to undermine him after he defeated Hillary Clinton in November 2016.”

The four-page memo goes on, noting that Clinton, several U.S. media outlets, top-ranking figures within DOJ and FBI including some that are still serving, and others conspired to create a bogus “dossier” full of false and salacious charges that purportedly came from Russian “sources,” and then pretend it was a legitimate intelligence document in order to secure a top-secret surveillance warrant so the Obama regime could spy on the Trump campaign. (Related: FISA memo released — bombshell report reveals MASSIVE Deep State conspiracy to keep Donald Trump out of the White House)

These same people knew that the dossier — which was paid for by the Clinton campaign through a third-party law firm (because ol’ Hill is so cloak-and-dagger) — was just a political document, not real intelligence.

So yeah, it certainly is a “disgrace” all of this happened.

But it goes much deeper than that. It’s also criminal. At least it has been so far for Carter Page, the principal Trump campaign official put under surveillance by political appointees and others within the DOJ and FBI. And former national security advisor Michael Flynn, indicted and convicted of “lying” to the FBI. And others caught up in this web of deceit.

But it’s also criminal because certain officials within the FBI and DOJ willfully misrepresented “evidence” before a federal court — the FISA court — in order to obtain a surveillance warrant so they could improperly spy on an American citizen.

Like the Gestapo, or Stasi, or KGB.

There is no other choice for the president: He must fire Robert Mueller, whose appointment was also based on this same bogus information; he must fire Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein who signed off on the bogus FISA warrant application at least twice and who appointed Mueller knowing the Trump dossier was opposition research and not intelligence; and he must pardon Flynn (and maybe Page someday) since they have were ensnared in a political operation.

FISA MEMO DROPS…Shows MASSIVE conspiracy to ensnare TEAM TRUMP using BOGUS dossier and COLLUSION with a foreign agent

(National SentinelFISA Abuses: As expected, the so-called “FISA memo” was released on Friday, revealing serial abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court by upper echelon officials in the FBI and Justice Department to prevent Donald J. Trump from becoming president, and to undermine him after he defeated Hillary Clinton in November 2016.

FO-banner-350x350

Per Fox News, as many suspected, the discredited and unverified “Trump dossier” was used not once but on three separate occasions to secure a FISA court surveillance warrant to allow the Obama administration to spy on Team Trump during his campaign.

In addition, Hillary Clinton, U.S. media outlets, and ranking officials within DOJ and FBI including former FBI Director James Comey, former deputy director Andrew McCabe, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein were all aware that the dossier was a political document, not a serious piece of intelligence work, the memo explains.

As Fox News reported, the four-page memo [which you can read here] also “includes testimony from a high-ranking government official who says without the infamous Trump dossier, the FBI and DOJ would not have secured surveillance warrants to spy on at least one member of the Trump team.”

The memo pointed out that in December 2017, then-FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe testified that “no surveillance warrant would have been sought” from the FISA court “without the Steele dossier information.”

The memo also states that DOJ and FBI officials used media reporting on the Trump-Russia collusion allegations to bolster their case for a FISA court warrant. That is a substantial revelation because the memo also talks about how the dossier’s creator, former British spy Christopher Steele — who was commissioned by Fusion GPS to assemble the dossier — briefed a number of media outlets on its contents over the summer of 2016, as Trump gained steam.

Fox News:

The memo also shows that Steele was eventually cut off from the FBI for being chatty with the media. It says he was terminated in October 2016 as an FBI source “for what the FBI defines as the most serious of violations—an unauthorized disclosure to the media of his relationship with the FBI.”

The memo implicates a massive conspiracy involving Steele, Fusion and the Hillary Clinton campaign, which paid for the dossier through a third party law firm, Perkins Coie.

“The ‘dossier’ compiled by Christopher Steele (Steele dossier) on behalf of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Hillary Clinton campaign formed an essential part of the Carter Page FISA application,” the memo states, referencing a surveillance warrant obtained to spy on a former Trump campaign official.

“Steele was a longtime FBI source who was paid over $160,000 by the DNC and Clinton campaign, via the law firm Perkins Coie and research firm Fusion GPS, to obtain derogatory information on Donald Trump’s ties to Russia,” it continued.

Even after he was terminated by the FBI, Steele continued to have a relationship with then-Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr. Ohr’s wife Nellie began working for Fusion GPS, the firm behind the dossier, as early as May 2016.

According to the memo, Steele told Ohr that he “was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected and was passionate about him not being president.” But it says the FISA application process “ignored or concealed his anti-Trump financial and ideological motivations.

“This clear evidence of Steele’s bias was recorded by Ohr at the time and subsequently in official FBI files – but not reflected in any of the Page FISA applications,” the memo reads.

The memo also named names. As CBS News reported:

The FBI and DOJ obtained three FISA warrants targeting Page and three FISA renewals, according to the memo. Then-FBI Director James Comey signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one, according to the memo. The memo says then-Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates, then-Acting Deputy Attorney General Dana Boente, and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of the DOJ.

“The memo clearly states that the dossier was a political document — opposition research commissioned by Fusion GPS and paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and that everyone involved in approving the FISA court applications knew the document was political research, not hard-and-fast intelligence gathered by legitimate U.S. spies,” said J. D. Heyes, editor-in-chief of The National Sentinel.

“So Comey, Rosenstein, Yates, McCabe, and others were clearly in on the conspiracy to frame President Donald J. Trump and his campaign with a bogus ‘Russia collusion’ story,” he added.

As expected, Trump was critical of the effort to frame his campaign personnel and saddle his administration with what now appears to have been a direct political effort to undermine him.

“I think it’s terrible,” said the president. “You want to know the truth. I think it’s a disgrace. What’s going on in this country, I think it’s a disgrace.

“A lot of people should be ashamed of themselves,” he said.

“The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans – something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago. Rank & File are great people!” Trump tweeted earlier.

The memo notes further that the original FISA court warrant was sought for Trump campaign official Carter Page, and was originally granted in October 2016. It was subsequently renewed two additional times, with officials relying primarily on the unsubstantiated and salacious Trump dossier.

Page, who served as Trump’s foreign policy advisor until September 2016, had come under FBI scrutiny in 2014 for his contact with Russian agents, and he admitted more recently to taking a trip to Russia in 2016 while he worked on Trump’s campaign, Slate reported. Page has not been charged with any wrongdoing. But the fact that he came under FBI scrutiny nearly four years ago and was never charged with a crime or with espionage is troubling to many critics of the surveillance.

“The brave and assiduous oversight by Congressional leaders in discovering this unprecedented abuse of process represents a giant, historic leap in the repair of America’s democracy,” Page said in a statement to Business Insider. “Now that a few of the misdeeds against the Trump Movement have been partially revealed, I look forward to updating my pending legal action in opposition to DOJ this weekend in preparation for Monday’s next small step on the long, potholed road toward helping to restore law and order in our great country.”

UNHINGED: Nancy Pelosi DEMANDS Speaker Ryan REMOVE Devin Nunes from chair of House Intel Committee as DEEP STATE DEMS’ panic continues

(National SentinelFat Chance: House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., demanded on Thursday that House Speaker Paul Ryan, R-Wis., remove Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., as head of the House Intelligence Committee as rumors swirled that President Donald J. Trump would release the so-called “FISA memo” on Friday.

@DevinNunes’ deliberately dishonest actions make him unfit to serve as Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. @SpeakerRyan must immediately remove him from this position,” she tweeted, with a #RemoveNunes hashtag.

“Today, Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi sent a letter to Speaker Paul Ryan demanding the removal of House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes after it was revealed that he altered the contents of a reckless, partisan memo released to the White House after it had already been voted on by the Committee and presented to House Members,” said a statement from the House minority leader’s office.

“Chairman Nunes’ action is a violation of House rules and is part of a partisan pattern to discredit the investigations into the Trump-Russia scandal. Both the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation have warned against the release of Nunes’ memo, stating grave concerns about the accuracy of the memo and its misrepresentation of classified information,” the statement said.

Nunes has pushed back against allegations he somehow made secret, substantive changes to the FISA memo in conjunction with the White House.

“Having stonewalled Congress’ demands for information for nearly a year, it’s no surprise to see the FBI and DOJ issue spurious objections to allowing the American people to see information related to surveillance abuses at these agencies,” Nunes said in a statement posted to the committee’s website.

“The FBI is intimately familiar with ‘material omissions’ with respect to their presentations to both Congress and the courts, and they are welcome to make public, to the greatest extent possible, all the information they have on these abuses,” he continued.

“Regardless, it’s clear that top officials used unverified information in a court document to fuel a counter-intelligence investigation during an American political campaign. Once the truth gets out, we can begin taking steps to ensure our intelligence agencies and courts are never misused like this again.”

Critics have lashed out at Democrats and their media allies for working to conceal a report that has major implications for the American people, especially as the movie “The Post” remains in theaters.

The film is a drama about how the Washington Post pushed back against federal government threats to publish the Pentagon Papers, which showed that the Johnson administration lied about the depth and scope of America’s involvement in Vietnam.

Nunes hits BACK at ‘spurious’ FBI, DOJ objections to FISA memo release; NO more ‘stonewalling’ the American people

(National SentinelTransparency: House Intelligence Committee chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif. pushed back against FBI and Justice Department officials on Wednesday after they attempted to convince him and President Donald J. Trump not to release a four-page “FISA memo” that purportedly shows pre-election bias against the Republican nominee.

Democrats and some officials within both agencies have been working behind the scenes and publicly to both delay the memo’s release and discredit it as a partisan attack.

Also Wednesday, the committee’s ranking minority member, Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff of California, objected to the memo’s release after minor editorial changes had been made to it in order to satisfy FBI concerns.

Schiff claimed the memo had been “secretly altered” and therefore must be reviewed again by the entire committee before it is released.

“BREAKING: Discovered late tonight that Chairman Nunes made material changes to the memo he sent to White House – changes not approved by the Committee. White House therefore reviewing a document the Committee has not approved for release,” he tweeted, including a copy of a letter he sent to Nunes.

But in response to Schiff, the House GOP noted that changes were minor and editorial in nature while accusing the California Democrat of trying to unnecessarily delay the memo’s release.

“In its increasingly strange attempt to thwart publication of the memo, the Committee Minority is now complaining about minor edits to the memo, including grammatical fixes and two edits requested by the FBI and by the Minority themselves,” said the GOP statement.

“The vote to release the memo was absolutely procedurally sound, and in accordance with the House and Committee rules. To suggest otherwise is a bizarre distraction from the abuses detailed in the memo, which the public will hopefully soon be able to read for themselves,” it added.

Previous reports have claimed that the memo lays out abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court by Obama-era FBI and DOJ officials to improperly obtain a surveillance warrant to spy on President Trump’s campaign.

The memo also allegedly names certain department and bureau figures who may have been involved in the scheme.

DiGenova: McCABE removal from FBI just the beginning; IG report shows he made FBI agents FABRICATE evidence in HILLARY probe

(National SentinelCorrupt: Former U.S attorney Joe diGenova and his wife/partner Victoria Toensing appeared on Fox Business with Lou Dobbs Tuesday evening to discuss what appears to be a growing FBI and Justice Department scandal to protect and exonerate former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton over her criminal mishandling of classified emails.

Live Fire Gear - FireCord

In particular, diGenova said that former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is likely in far more trouble than anyone had suspected, as will be revealed if and when the House Intelligence Committee’s “FISA memo” is released, as well as the Justice Department inspector general’s investigation into allegations that McCabe was politicized by the Obama administration.

McCabe was removed from office on Monday, the day after FBI Chief Christopher Wray visited Capitol Hill to read the House Intelligence FISA memo that was released to the president on Monday night.

“There’s going to be resolution. The memo from the House Intelligence Committee will be the start,” diGenova said.

“Next will come the inspector general’s report from the Department of Justice which will be devastating. Because it will show Andrew McCabe made FBI agents fabricate evidence to exonerate Hillary Clinton and then there’s going to be a federal grand jury to investigate the Obama administration’s senior Department of Justice officials and the senior members of the FBI,” he added.

Next up: JUSTICE for CLINTONS over alleged foundation abuses?

(National SentinelCorruption: Florida Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz told The Alex Jones Show Monday that “justice” regarding alleged abuses tied to their foundation by Bill and Hillary Clinton may “soon” be forthcoming.

“What happens when [special counsel Robert Mueller’s] house of cards falls? They’ve shown they never give up,” Jones said regarding the Clintons.

“Well, you’re right about that Alex, but they are going to be like cornered rats when this entire investigation is shown to be the fraud that it is,” Gaetz responded.

“It’s built on a rotten foundation and I suspect they’ll have to go into major defense mode over Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation,” he continued.

“There’s a lot of people that paid bribes to the Clinton Foundation, that still may be getting a benefit out of this government and when they find out their house of cards is falling, we may see a very strong reaction and they may have to really start to explain themselves.”

Jones asked that, in light of the released of the “FISA memo” and President Donald J. Trump’s pledge to ‘drain the swamp’ if further investigations into alleged Clinton malfeasance is forthcoming.

“Well there have been credible media reports that the Little Rock field office is actually investigating elements of bribery and corruption with the Clinton Foundation, particularly as it’s related to uranium sales that may have not been in our nation’s interest,” Gaetz replied, referencing the Uranium One deal in which Hillary Clinton, as secretary of state, allowed to go through.

Gaetz also said that the Clintons ought to be concerned that front-line FBI and Justice Department officials are running the investigation, not ‘hacks’ from D.C.

“Justice may be coming to their doorstep very soon,” he warned.

The Justice Department has launched a new investigation earlier this month into the Clinton Foundation over allegations of “pay for play” while Hillary Clinton was President Obama’s first secretary of state.

Fox News reported Friday that a source familiar with the new probe told the network on Thursday that the investigation is being led by the U.S. attorney and the FBI in Little Rock, Ark., where the foundation began.

The network reported that it had confirmed the existence of the probe.

Fox News also has learned investigators are looking into whether the Clinton Foundation violated tax law,” the network reported online.

“Accusers of ‘pay to play’ have claimed the foundation promised favors in exchange for donations or pledges of cash or gifts,” it said.

Poor Nancy Pelosi MELTS DOWN over GOP decision to release the FISA memo; goes off on CNN’s Chris Cuomo (Video)

(National SentinelUnhinged: House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., got angry at CNN host Chris Cuomo Monday evening during a discussion about the House Intelligence Committee’s decision to release the sensitive “FISA Memo.”

The memo purports to detail abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court by Obama-era officials in the FBI and Justice Department in order to obtain a warrant so they could spy on the Trump campaign.

Pelosi, during her interview, claimed that the memo is nothing more than a Republican fabrication of the truth, though it’s not clear she herself has read it.

“They have made up a memo that isn’t even true. And they’re lying to the American people,” Pelosi insisted to Cuomo, who responded, “What are you going to do about it?”

“The Republican Party has crossed over to cover up. They’re deadly afraid of the Russia investigation,” Pelosi replied.

Cuomo then pointed out that the head of the FBI, Christopher Wray, read the memo on Sunday, a day before FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe — who some believe was involved in a plot to thwart President Donald J. Trump’s candidacy and presidency — either resigned or was fired by Wray.

“Wray, who was recently selected by President Trump, he got the memo. He could have come out and said, ‘This is reckless, don’t release it,'” said the host.

“With all due respect, you really don’t know what you’re talking about right now,” Pelosi chided Cuomo.

Watch:

The Intelligence Committee voted last week to release the memo to the full House, allowing any member who wanted to go read it in a secure location after signing a non-disclosure form.

So far, at least 190 Republicans have read the memo, but only 10 Democrats have bothered to do so.

Trump, like many of his supporters, believe the memo not only proves he was right to claim that the Obama administration “wiretapped” him, but that it will also show that special counsel Robert Mueller’s entire investigation was established on false premises.

“The four-page memo has being described by GOP lawmakers as ‘shocking,’ ‘troubling’ and ‘alarming’ with one congressman likening the details to KGB activity in Russia,” Fox News reported. “Those who have seen the document suggest it reveals what role the unverified anti-Trump ‘dossier’ played in the application for a surveillance warrant on at least one Trump associate.”

Goodwin: ‘FBI leaders BETRAYED NATION to PICK the president’

(National SentinelPanic Mode: A growing body of evidence suggests that a massive scandal is brewing at the FBI and the Justice Department that, if true, is likely to have long-ranging negative implications for the nation, writes Michael Goodwin at the New York Post.

Comparing the current situation with the 2007-2009 Great Recession, when lawmakers and President Obama bailed out banks after declaring them “too big to fail,” Goodwin sees the burgeoning scandal involving the nation’s — and the world’s — premier law enforcement agency as “too big to believe.”

“Yet each day brings credible reports suggesting there is a massive scandal involving the top ranks of America’s premier law enforcement agency,” Goodwin writes.

“The reports, which feature talk among agents of a ‘secret society‘ and suddenly missing text messages, point to the existence both of a cabal dedicated to defeating Donald Trump in 2016 and of a plan to let Hillary Clinton skate free in the classified email probe.

“If either one is true — and I believe both probably are — it would mean FBI leaders betrayed the nation by abusing their powers in a bid to pick the president,” he said.

The columnist noted that it also seems likely, based on reporting and some credible evidence, that the Clinton-financed “Trump dossier” — which was supposed to be political opposition research — was used by the FBI to obtain a FISA court warrant so it could spy on a political campaign.

Goodwin (and others) also believe that the FBI got approval for a counterintelligence surveillance warrant to spy on Team Trump by representing the dossier as real intelligence — without telling the court it was oppo-research and that none of it had been substantiated.

Legal experts agree that would constitute a crime.

“I believe this will not end just with firings. I believe there are people who will go to jail. I was very persuaded by the evidence,” Rep. Matt Gaetz, R-Fla., told Fox News‘ “Hannity” program last week.

What’s more, writes Goodwin, “there is growing reason to believe someone in President Barack Obama’s administration turned over classified information about Trump to the Clinton campaign.”

One former federal prosecutor, Joseph diGenova, said, “It doesn’t get worse than that.” He also believes Trump knew about what had taken place early on, which is why he declared in March 2017 that Obama “wiretapped” him.

“These and other elements combine to make a toxic brew that smells to high heaven, but most Americans don’t know much about it,” Goodwin wrote. “Mainstream media coverage has been sparse and dismissive and there’s a blackout from the same Democrats obsessed with Russia, Russia, Russia.”

Thankfully, Goodwin notes, there are lawmakers working to get to the bottom of what went on. One of them is House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes, R-Calif., who — along with Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C. — have authored a “FISA memo” that allegedly details massive abuse within the FBI and DoJ of the FISA court, as it related to spying on the Trump campaign.

At present, those and other Republican lawmakers are working to get that top secret memo to the White House, where they believe President Trump will declassify it and allow it to be released to the public.

The contents of the memo, according to sources who spoke with Fox News contributor and investigative reporter Sara A. Carter, are so “explosive” they could spell a quick end to special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe of the Trump campaign and transition team.

Gaetz agreed, saying, “I believe that once the American people have the opportunity to evaluate the allegations and claims in this memo, it will become evident the activities of the last administration, the crimes I believe were committed, and the total sham that this Mueller investigation is, built on a false premise and rotten to the core.”

Is there new evidence Comey LIED in sworn testimony to CONGRESS over scandalous TRUMP probe?

(National SentinelConflict: During sworn testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee June 8, 2017, after he’d been fired by President Donald J. Trump, former FBI Director James Comey testified that he had only had two interactions with President Obama.

One, he said, was an hour-long conversation with Obama on policing, law enforcement and race. The other was a “brief” encounter to say goodbye on Obama’s way out the door, according to published testimony.

Via Politico:

SEN. MARK WARNER (D-VA): And so in all your experience, this was the only president that you felt like in every meeting you needed to document because at some point, using your words, he might put out a non-truthful representation of that meeting.

COMEY: That’s right, senator. As I said, as FBI director I interacted with President Obama, I spoke only twice in three years, and didn’t document it. When I was Deputy Attorney General I had a one one-on-one with President Bush been I sent an email to my staff but I didn’t feel with president bush the need to document it in that I way. Again, because of the combination of those factors, just wasn’t present with either President Bush or President Obama.

…SEN. MARTIN HEINRICH (D-NM): Mr. Comey, prior to January 27th of this year, have you ever had a one-on-one meeting or a private dinner with a president of the United States?

COMEY: No. Dinner, no. I had two one-on-ones with President Obama. One to talk about law enforcement issues, law enforcement and race, which was an important topic throughout for me and for the president. Then once very briefly for him to say goodbye.

But on Monday night during an interview with Fox News, Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., and Rep. John Radcliffe, R-Texas, appeared with host Martha McCallum to discuss some of what they discovered after reviewing 50,000 text messages exchanged between anti-Trump FBI agent Peter Strzok and his mistress, FBI lawyer Lisa Page.

Among those, Gowdy said, was a message exchange discussing Comey’s plans to “brief the president” about an ongoing investigation close to the November 2016 election.

“And I saw an interesting text that Director Comey was going to update the President of the United States about an investigation,” Gowdy said.

“I don’t know if it was an Hillary Clinton investigation because that had been reopened in the fall of 2016 or whether it was the Trump investigation. I just find it interesting that the head of the FBI was gonna update the President of the United States who at that point would have been President Obama,” he said.

Nowhere in the published transcript of Comey’s testimony does he mention briefing Obama about an ongoing investigation.

There IS a DEEP STATE! Text messages reveal SECRET SOCIETY within Justice, FBI, working AGAINST TRUMP (Video)

(National SentinelBombshell: Attorney General Jeff Sessions said on Monday that disgraced FBI counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok and his mistress, FBI lawyer Lisa Page, exchanged some 50,000 text messages, but added that figure does not include five months’ worth of ‘missing’ texts the bureau said were lost in a database glitch.

“We will leave no stone unturned to confirm with certainty why these text messages are not now available to be produced and will use every technology available to determine whether the missing messages are recoverable from another source,” Sessions said in a statement provided to Fox News. “If we are successful, we will update the congressional committees immediately.”

The missing messages cover a crucial window, as the gap occurs between the presidential transition and the launch of Robert Mueller’s Russia probe — where both officials previously were assigned.

After reviewing all of those messages, Rep. John Ratcliffe, R-Texas, told Fox News he believes there is a “secret society” within the Justice Department and the FBI that worked feverishly to undermine Donald J. Trump’s candidacy and presidency.

“What we learned today in the thousands of text messages that we’ve reviewed that perhaps they may not have done that (checked their bias at the door),” he said.

“There’s certainly a factual basis to question whether or not they acted on that bias. We know about this insurance policy that was referenced in trying to prevent Donald Trump from becoming president,” he continued.

“We learned today from information that in the immediate aftermath of his election that there may have been a ‘secret society’ of folks within the Department of Justice and the FBI to include Page and Strzok to be working against him,” the Texas lawmaker said, in a bombshell.

Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., also reviewed the texts with Radcliffe. Watch:

Regarding the missing texts, which Gowdy and Radcliffe found incredulous, Sessions noted further: “I have spoken to the Inspector General and a review is already underway to ascertain what occurred and to determine if these records can be recovered in any other way. If any wrongdoing were to be found to have caused this gap, appropriate legal disciplinary action measures will be taken.”

“We need to get to the bottom of it and find out what exactly happened,” Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, told Fox News.
